The apartment has excellent cooking facilities with a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbeque area, with a gas barbecue, but there is no need to cook unless you wish to. There are many and varied restaurants within the Vilamoura area - almost an endless choice! The local cuisine emphasises fish and all kinds of shellfish, but there is also a good selection of meat dishes. There is also a wide range of international cuisine, French, Italian, Indian, Chinese etc. Try a takeaway for a change. The service is usually excellent with a wide choice of restaurants offering this service.

Local Food Shops in Vilamoura

The nearest shop to the apartment is a Spar-type ("Ali") corner shop a couple of minutes away. The Apolonia Supermarket in Almancil (15 minutes) is excellent with a wide choice of fresh foods, fruit and fish. Details of the local facilities are provided for you in the apartment.
