A Modern Apartment in Vilamoura, Traditionally Furnished

This well equipped and carefully maintained Apartment is located close to the fourth tee of Vilamoura's famous Millennium Golf Course. It has an exceptionally high standard of furnishing, with careful attention to detail for your enjoyment and comfort. There is full air conditioning, and heating for the cooler winter months. In addition to the weekly maid service provided, extra cleaning services are available by arrangement when you make your booking, or when you are there through our local resident English management agent.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds and luxury ensuite bathrooms. The bathrooms are both equipped with a bath, shower, WC, basin and bidet. One bath has a whirlpool feature. There are shaver points, good sized mirrors and plenty of hot water from the gas water heater.

Living/Dining Room

The comfortable living room is equipped with sofa and armchairs. The dining area has an extendable table with room for up to eight. Satellite TV and Radio, which includes BBC TV & radio, and ITV channels, and DVD player are installed. The furnishings have been sourced from a local interior designer and are to a high standard.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, mains gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board and place settings for eight.

Outdoors

The apartment has an extensive terrace, surrounded by mature plants. A gas barbecue and comfortable garden furniture, with a further outdoor dining table, are provided. The freshwater outdoor communial pools are just a short way from the terrace, and are plenty large enough for full enjoyment. They are floodlit 'till around midnight for that refreshing evening swim.
